This play takes place in Illyria, a fantasy world. In the Twelfth Night, there is a love triangle involving Viola, Olivia, and the Orsino. Orsino is in love with Olivia, Olivia loves Viola who is dressed as a man as a disguise, and Viola loves Orsino, but is disguised as his messenger boy. The name Twelfth Night is a reference to christmas and the twelve days that follow. When Viola talks about Olivia falling in love with her, she is stating how easy it is for a woman to fall in love and become attached even though she isn't really a man. I think it is true that the wrong people can "set their forms" in the hearts of both men and women. Olivia's confused attraction shows that both characters are having a rough time and are confused about life. In closing I think this play will be interesting and i look forward to reading it.
